Rooted in a 50-year legacy as the former DE Horn Company, The Mill of Red Lion officially joined The Mill family in 2011. We are a community-focused hub specializing in high-quality feed and supplies for pets, equine, livestock, and wildlife. In addition to our retail services, our location proudly serves as the central vegetable seed packaging facility for all Mill locations.

For over 50 years, the DE Horn Company was a long time maker of quality feed for Red Lion before it was bought by Henry and Brenda Holloway and Ben Hushon and became a member of the Mill family. It opened on January 1, 2011 and many original services have remained with expansions in pet, equine, livestock, wildlife feed and supplies. The Mill of Red Lion now packages vegetable seeds for all of The Mill’s locations.

The Mill of Red Lion's Manager has been featured in and article in the Lancaster Farmer for a lifetime of industry service and hog breeding accomplishments has earned national recognition for two York County farmers, Beth and Greg Innerst.

For years, their Innerst Berkshires have won show and sale acclaim near and far — from as close as the local York Fair to as far away as national hog events scattered across the Midwest. Now, the Red Lion farm couple has won top national awards from the American Berkshire Association.

Retail Team Members are responsible for assisting customers with their purchases of feed, seed, and supplies for their farms, horses, livestock, pets, wildlife, lawns, and gardens. Customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to multitask are important for this position.
