Join us for The Mill's Wild Bird Dinner on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Deer Creek Overlook in Street, MD, Harford County.
Doors open at 4:30pm for registration, shopping, and our buffet dinner, with 50/50 raffle tickets available. Enjoy 10% off wild bird sale items during this time. Weather permitting, Dan Vitlio will be on hand with a live bird demonstration, and you'll have a chance to stop by and talk with him about his program before the presentations begin.
The evening's program features John Garrison of the Susquehannock Wildlife Society, speaking on bird conservation, local birding, and habitat improvement, followed by dessert and a second presentation from longtime friend of The Mill, Frank Marsden.
Dinner is once again provided by Griffith's Catering. Come hungry, come curious, and stick around for giveaways throughout the evening.
Please note: there are no physical tickets to pick up for this event. Your name will be on the attendance list upon arrival.
My first Wild Bird Dinner! I was very happy with the entire event. The Bird walk led by Debbie from HBC was informative and easy to follow, though lacking in bird sightings, meeting new people sharing the same interests was refreshing. The Falconry Demo with Jarod Weinstein and his daughter, also a Falconer, was very educational. Scott Albaugh, Wild Bird Delight Representative shared his wonderful journey of being a true Birder. Mary and Greg Murray gave great examples of Landscaping and Ornithology partnerships at our homes.
Thanks to The Mill for giving us this opportunity to be a part of a happier experience in theses "trying" times. Your contribution of loads of great door prizes and great dinner was also very much appreciated!
A friend and I came to this last year and truly enjoyed it. That's why we're going back again this year! Thank you!
