Free-choice forage is advised when appropriate, with intake adjusted based on the horse’s body condition, life stage, and health status. For horses unable to consume long-stem forage, Unbeetable Complete can be soaked for easier feeding. Feeding rates provide a baseline for balanced nutrition, with adjustments possible to achieve optimal body condition. When feeding at less than the recommended amount, consider adding a ration balancer to maintain optimal nutrient intake. Always provide fresh water and free-choice salt alongside this feed. Consult a nutritionist or veterinarian to tailor feeding practices to your horse’s specific needs, ensuring balanced nutrition and overall well-being.
