Mushroom soil mulch is a rich, organic byproduct of mushroom cultivation, prized by gardeners for its ability to improve soil structure and feed plants over time. Dark, finely textured, and packed with organic matter, it works well as a soil amendment for garden beds, a top dressing for lawns, or a nutrient-rich mulch around trees and shrubs.
Applications:

Plant Beds and shrubs: Apply a 2 to 3 inch layer around flowers, vegetables, and perennials to add nutrients to the soil during plant growing periods.
Plants should never be put directly into mushroom soil as it may cause root burn. Rather, it should be mixed with topsoil or applied to the soil around plants to slowly release nutrients into the soil.
