Kent Feeds Sentinel Hay Stretcher Large Pellet is a high-fiber forage supplement designed to replace or supplement hay when pasture is limited, hay quality is poor, or forage access is restricted. Made from quality fiber sources in a consistent fixed formula, Sentinel Hay Stretcher delivers reliable nutrition in every bag, unlike the variability found in hay and pasture.

The large pellet form slows consumption, supports natural chewing behavior, and encourages saliva production for healthier digestion. With less dust than traditional hay, it also helps reduce mold and dust exposure for horses with respiratory sensitivities. A correct calcium-to-phosphorus ratio supports proper mineral absorption and metabolism, and horses take to it readily.

Sentinel Hay Stretcher may be used to replace up to half of the hay in a horse's diet on a pound-for-pound basis. It is not fortified with vitamins or trace minerals and should not be used as a sole feed or to replace grain in the diet.
