Job Description: Retail Stocker – Bel Air

We are seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Retail Stocker at The Mill's Bel Air location. As a Retail Stocker, you will play an important role in keeping our store well-stocked, clean, and organized so that our customers can find what they need and our retail team can focus on delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced retail environment.

Specific Duties:

• Receive and stock products from the warehouse into the retail store in an organized and timely manner.
• Clean and maintain aisles to ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Rotate and face product inventory on shelves as needed to keep the store looking its best.
• Assist retail associates with day-to-day store responsibilities as directed by management.
• Support the team during busy periods, product deliveries, and seasonal inventory rushes.
• Help maintain a clean and safe store environment both inside and outside the building.
• Follow standard operating procedures established by management and adhere to company policies.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the products and services offered throughout the company.
• Professionalism: Stockers should represent the company positively at all times.
• Safety: Stockers should adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and safe handling of merchandise.
• Problem Solving: Stockers should communicate proactively with retail associates and management when inventory issues, out-of-stock situations, or safety concerns arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
