Lebanon Treflan 5G Weed Preventer 40 lb.
A preemergent herbicide for control of certain annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in container grown ornamentals, landscape ornamentals, nursery stock, ground covers, ornamental bulbs, and established flowers. Lebanon Treflan Herbicide forms a barrier when activated with water - to keep weed seeds beneath the ground from sprouting. A granular weed control product on an HDG carrier.

Apply before weed germination — This is a pre-emergent product and will not control weeds that have already emerged. Remove existing weeds prior to application.
Calibrate your spreader — Use a drop or rotary-type granular spreader. Calibrate before use for accurate, even coverage.
Apply at labeled rate — 80 lbs. per acre (1.8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.) for full weed control. Refer to label for site-specific rates.
Activate within 24 hours — Water in with at least 0.5 inches of rainfall or irrigation within 24 hours of application to activate the herbicide.
Do not exceed maximum rate — Do not apply more than 240 lbs. per acre within a 12-month period.
