This blend contains a 90% tall fescue grass seed, providing extra resilience for high-traffic areas and drought tolerance. It also contains 10% Kentucky Bluegrass grass seed, for a knitting effect and elegant appearance. Kentucky Bluegrass is a grass seed with rhizomes that help it creep and fill in the holes to make a dense and full lawn. With added Kentucky Bluegrass, the seeding rate is decreased by 20%.
