Heavily overseeded in September '25 with the 3-Way Tall Fescue. Applied The Mill's starter fertilizer a week after seeding. A month later and the results speak for themselves.
After applying the contractors seed this is my next step. Will know in about 7-10 days. Used the starter fertilizer along with core aerating . Hoping for a darker green. Picture is right after applying. Grass up is contractors seed.
