I bought this feed from hampstead location and the bags had rodent holes in them, I didn’t notice until I got home. So I notified them and they gave a $5.00 off coupon? I had to throw 100 lbs of feed away because of fear of contamination from rodents and they give 5 bucks off lol. Also have not heard from anyone since . I will never buy feed or anything else from you all and I will tell anyone and everyone I can to avoid you all. I work in the customer service industry and this is poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with BBB and health department. Hopefully they shut you down before someone’s animals get sick!!

I drove to Hempstead today to pick up 2 bags of this feed and when I got home I noticed seed in my car. 1 bag has several holes and the other had 1 hole.
