Join us for Dinner, Giveaways & Presentations by Bird Experts Maren Gimple, Phoenix Wildlife Center, Harford Bird Club & Dan Vitilio.
Maren Gimple from Foreman’s Branch Bird Observatory at Washington College, will share information about birds, migrations, and how to encourage native bird populations.
The Phoenix Wildlife Center will provide information about rehabilitation of wildlife and Harford Bird Club will share some of the events and activities they provide members.
Back by popular demand is Dan Vitilio, "the bird man" who will bring his Harris Hawk and a new acquisition, a beautiful North American Siberian Albino Goshawk!
An hour before doors open, Debbie Bowers from the Harford Bird Club will lead a bird walk for enthusiasts who wish to learn about identifying native birds that frequent the Deer Creek area of the campgrounds. Bring your binoculars and meet at the Pavilion near the Deer Creek bridge at 4:30 - Weather Permitting! Follow us on Facebook to be notified of a cancellation of the bird walk due to weather.
And it wouldn't be a Mill event without great door prizes too!
